S'more Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

   So, I don't ever buy pre-packaged cookie dough...but gosh, some times it's such a good price I find myself grabbing a tube, "just in case". My usual chocolate chip cookie recipe is simple enough to make, but hey, I had this other stuff and I suddenly knew what I was going to do with it!       

S'More Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 tube pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough (or you can make your own dough, only half the recipe)
• 4 graham crackers, chopped
• 1/4 Cup chocolate chips (approx.)
• 1/4 Cup mini mallows (approx.)

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Open cookie dough along the seam
3. Scoop of a 2 tbsp portion into your hand, and flatten.
4. Put a few chunks of graham crumbs, 2 mini mallows, and a few chocolate chips into the centre of flattened cookie.
5. Close cookie up around filling.
6. Place on baking sheet, and bake 11 minutes (not longer!) They will look underdone, that's o.k, they will continue to bake a little after they come out.
7. Cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack. 
8. Now eat them! :)    

Easy-Peasy

   Marshmallows can sometimes vanish in baked goods, and that happened in a few of these cookies, but there was still a mallow-y taste/stickiness that was lovely. 

Ooohhh, lovely! Nice and puffy out of the oven.
