Week 4 of my "Keep It Real" series on the Health & Fitness page ends in a few words about doing the typical "health & fitness" things (getting some exercise and eating right) so that you are being you in them, which can promote longevity in your pursuit. But more importantly, it ends with (what I hope is!) encouragement to dig deep, figure out who you are, why you do what you do, and to become a better and stronger person because of it. It's called Keep It Real: Real you!
So here I wanted to pass on some encouragement, support, confidence, or hope for whatever you're facing today. The encouragements may seem a little cliche, but I mean them. I especially like the "diet" at the end. Best. Diet. Ever.
