Chocolate Chip Cake in a Mug

    I've expressed my love of those single serve micro-wave dessert type things (like this one), well, here's another one for those who share this love of mine! 

Chocolate Chip Cake in a Mug

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  
• 1 tbsp. white sugar
  
• 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  
• 3 drops of vanilla
  
• 1 egg yolk
  
• 1/4 c. flour
  
• pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp. chocolate chips 
  

Method: 

1. In a microwavable mug, ramekin or bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg yolk
2. Add in the flour and salt 
   
3. Mix until just combined
4. Add in the chocolate chips 
5. Microwave for 40-60 seconds or until the cake looks done (don't overdo it!). 
   
6. Now, just go right ahead and eat it! (You should do it while it's warm) :)
